Sodium Metasilicate Nonahydrate
Sodium Metasilicate Nonahydrate is a multifunctional product that shows excellent pH-regulating capacity, efficient detergency, effective corrosion inhibition, good dispersing, and excellent cooling properties. Our Nonahydrate is produced in a unique way to obtain a dry and stable product that contains 54% water of crystallization. It is used as a binder, corrosion inhibitor, sealant, and in detergent formulations, with applications in ceramics, wastewater treatment, and other industrial processes.
We have an in-house lab for testing all the parameters, including purity and impurity. All our products are approved, and we are an ISO 9001 2015 company and NABL Certified Laboratory.
Properties & Advantages
- White moist powder with a crystalline appearance.
- Dissolves easily, even in cold water.
- High bulk density with low dust content.
- Negligible insoluble residues.
- As a highly alkaline product, Sodium Metasilicate easily reacts with CO2. Our production methods minimize the risk of partial inactivity caused by CO2 contamination, as there is no contact between our products and combustion gases. This ensures a consistently pure Sodium Metasilicate.
